Just thought I would alert passengers to the fact that BA/Biberia have a fare of approximaely Rs.147,000 for the BOM-LON-BOM leg in Business Class over the first two weeks of December whereas Jet and Kingfisher are cheaper by Rs.20,000. Oh, and Jet and Kingfisher offer a full meal service (i.e. two meals, rather than one-and-a-half/quarter). :o)

Not necessarily true. If you choose your dates carefully then ba.com will quote lower prices for BOM-LHR-BOM in J class over the period you mention.

For example, a working week trip departing BOM on Dec 7 and returning from LHR on Dec 11 would cost Rs 124,993.

Be that as it may, Jet and Kingfisher would probably still work out cheaper, as would Emirates. The basic fact is, BA aren’t that cheap flying out of Bombay.
