Booked from MAN to KGX on sat, 15.45. TUI. But due to baggage problems it departed 4 hours late. Submitted a delay claim on Sun pm online on Tui.com.
Amazingly £700 arrived in my bank account on Tuesday…48 hours later!! £350 each
Take notice BA…! That’s how to treat your pax.

That really is impressive.

But how did you get to KGX using TUI? I believe that KGX is Grayling Airport, a state-owned airport located 2 km from the city of Grayling, in Alaska.
