    BA T3 F lounge used to, maybe still does something similar to this. If you weren’t flying F but were an Emerald (hence allowed in the lounge) you could only use the buffet.

    Now if the F lounge doesn’t have a buffet, but the J does I cannot see how they could have stopped you from changing lounges and using the buffet.
