Does anyone know if the BA flights to St Lucia feature the ‘new’ World Traveller Plus?

Has anyone flown it ?

I haven’t done UVF, but on my last flight to BGI, also with a 4 class 777 (I think these are the only two destinations out of LGW still with F seats, but I could be wrong) it was still the old seating in F and WTP (I was in CW). I fly LGW to MCO every 7 to 8 weeks, and these flights are only 3 Class, so no F, and these are still operated with old WTP as well. I am not sure if LGW fleet will receive the new WTP, but the BGI/UVF flights are due to get the New F cabins, and during high season that just ended a few months ago, I understand new F was on BGI.

All of the airframes at LGW have old style WT and WT+ seating

nope..you’ll get the menus/hot towels/club entree…just the original seat.
