Thanks Hippocampus. I was planning to fly with BA in early LHR to JFK so would have travelled with them regardless of cabin service as it’s a relatively short flight.
Lets hope the cabin crew wake up. They and the incredible level of APD out of the UK are killing BA’s business in particular connections in transit from mainland Europe.
