Just a heads up if you’re travelling through Zurich with LX or *A, that the lounge at terminal B is closed till end November.

We have a 2 hour stopover, went through passport control looking forward to a nice drink and are now sitting next to the gate instead.

What is annoying is that we were not told and it’s closed while they build the extension to term. B where the new lounge will be located. What is illogical is why they should close it now, then re-open it when the new one opens?

The only plus side is having been deprived of the benefits of being Gold status for a flight, it makes you realise how useful the status is!
