At some stage I suspect readers have used these shuttle buses which ran between Luton airport and nearby Luton Parkway (on the Midland Mainline).

They were made redundant when DART opened.

Today comes news that they have been donated to Ukraine.

Go-Ahead’s purple buses that once shuttled passengers between @LDNLutonAirport and the nearby railway station have arrived in Eastern Ukraine after being donated to a charity supporting the Ukrainian war effort.

almost as bad as the time i went to luton to get a flight to PRG..then realized in the carpark i was flying from STN..High tailed it there, missed the flight by 10 mins and drove all the way back to luton to get another flight
