Lufthansa Group airlines affected by IT failures this morning.

Latest report [DE] from Tasesschau.de reports that, at time of writing, flight arrivals into Frankfurt have been suspended.

BBC Radio 4 reporting that FRA is expected to be closed all day to arrivals.

But of course the situation can change at short notice.

FRA is a major hub. Even when flight schedules resume the disruption will continue for days.

Now Lufthansa says that their domestic passengers can transfer to Deutsche Bahn until this Sunday.

Well according to BA´s website there has only been one cancellation out and back but some delays so presumably this is just affecting Lufthansa and not the whole airport
