While the service was great I was disappointed in the seat itself. The screens a tiny and mine didn’t work properly. The only movies I had access to where the ones that kept running all night.

In the “beb” position the seat was lumpy and very uncomfortable so no sleep for me.

I’ve heard LH is going through a cabin refit so I can only hope this plane will be on the list.
