Mid-Tier lounge pass
I am travelling in J and as such use of the lounge. However I have a colleague travelling on the same flight in Y on a separate booking. Does anyone know if I can use one of my mid-tier lounge passes for them?
They are already in my redemption group.

Or as I am diamond can I just walk in with them as a guest? i almost always travel Solo this is a new one to me

You should be able to bring them in as a guest without issue 🙂

As K1ngston says Steve 1 guest always and 2 at a push in HK if they know you.
