    I had a very bad experiance while travelling via Jet Airways (Business Class) from Delhi to Ahmedabad.

    Food served to me was contaminated as i found a button therein.

    When i asked on board staff to provide complaint form, i was told that complaint form is not available.

    I wrote a complaint letter afterwards however, they are not even bother to respond even after expiry of almost a month.

    That’s a shame. Perhaps standards on the domestic sectors are slipping. The last thing the loss-making 9W need is passengers defecting to the other carriers in India, especially as domestic fares in India are quite competitive.

    Was it a chocolate button on a chocolate cake by any chance?

    Chocolate cake on a domestic flight? I would have imagined that an Indian dessert would have been served, perhaps a Gujarati delicacy, given the sector.
