CHECK IN:
No queue at the check in desk at 10.30am. Security had no queue and took five minutes to clear.

BOARDING:
No queue to board at 11.30am

THE SEAT:
18C. Emergency exit row seating, with plenty of space in front but not able to recline seat. Configuration 3-3 and 1st class 2-2.

WHICH SEAT TO CHOOSE?
No seat variation in economy, except for exit row with heaps of legroom, advisable.

THE FLIGHT:
A number of food and drink choices on the menu ranged from 50-300Rs/ 60p-£3.50. Easy flight .

ARRIVAL:
Flight landed at 13.35, ten minutes ahead of schedule and disembarking was prompt. My friend and I needed to obtain Nepalese visas on arrival, which was painless, cost $25 and when we’d finished, luggage had been taken off the dusty carousel and piled neatly.

VERDICT:
An excellent flight.
