The crew deserve a medal for getting the A350 evacuated out of that mess with only a small number of non critical injuries. Excellent organisation. Once again good training pays dividends…..”the crew are there primarily for your safety” and all that.
Very saddening that people on the other aircraft lost lives, while I don’t downplay that it could have been so much worse.
