Iris scanning at LHR

    Last week a colleague tried to register for Iris scanning at Heathrow. The guy at the desk advised him to wait as the whole system was being upgraded shortly and he would need to re-register at that time??

    Anyone know of of any plans to change the system and if so will it really mean everyone re-registering? Sounds like a bit of a nightmare.
