Hi,

I have Elite status with SKYTEAM through SU for more than 3 years now. Have collected around 650000 Miles in the last 18 months.

2 Years ago I had succesfully redeemed 2 J Class Tkts on SU itself on DEL – SVO – HAV sector for 250000 Miles. It was nice and pretty easy.

Now I want to redeem the miles that I have now again in J Class but on the RTW tkt with Skyteam carriers. For this the SU office in DEL has no idea at all. Plus they have a negative attitude towards this as this TKT involves not SU but multiple carriers.

What are my options as my membership and status is with SU???? How can I go about this and have the job done??? Any advice or help on this matter will be highly appreciated.
