Hello all

I am now still trying to get some response from BA about the case falling on a passengers head topic.

I now have the full disturbing information about this.

BA Press office have had 2 weeks to get in touch nothing. Does anyone have a number I can call? Or a real person to email.

The story if got into the press would be as damaging as yesterdays front page of The SUN.

If BA have had two weeks to reply to you but have not, it shows they aren’t interested in this topic. Take it to the press, and if BA don’t like it, too bad.
