Happy New Year all.

I am planning Biz LHR – BKK then economy BKK – LHR with a stopover in Bahrain Feb – March this year. Has anyone bought an upgrade from Gulf Air online or at the airport? Also what to do for the day in Bahrain.

“What to do for a day”, I spent a few happy days visiting Bahrain – I like the place. What I did was rent a taxi for one whole day, the driver can take you everywhere, it’s a small place as I’m sure you know. I expect a hotel will help with this. My advice (needless to say) is make sure the price is clearly agreed beforehand.
