I all the cases where the statistics are given, it is interesting to see the top ten destinations from each aiport whether they be domestic, European, or transcontinental. That way one can get a glimpse of the traffic from the UK to other European airports. Usually, however, the statistics given are for transfer traffic without stating points of origin and destination.

Unless of course you believe BA’s seemingly total indifference to a plethora of foreign carriers poaching passengers from what should be their natural home grown market has facilitated this growth in numbers.
I’m also sure that the numbers at Schipol, CDG DUB and elsewhere reflect the changing travelling habits of us north of the border
And you wonder what BA’s tipping point is, regarding the gradual shift of domestic transfer passengers.
