Excellent BA service recovery

    Over the last three weeks I have had to change two trips due to the effects of the recent BA cabin crew strikes. I have rebooked in the future.

    I have just received two emails informing me that the Tier points and BA Miles applicable to the original flights would be honoured and applied.

    I am sure the cost of this action is minimal, but what a great start at recovering a bad state of affairs.

    Many other subcribers to this site will receive the same email and be as appreciative.

    Well done BA. ( I dont often say that! :-)) )
