There are several unconnected promos being run by Etihad at the moment, that together can result in getting a 1-way AUH-LHR flight in a 1st apartment at a discount from the normal 55K Etihad miles.

At 55K Etihad miles plus £15 in fees, it’s probably the best “bank-for-buck” flying experience out there. For 41.6K MR points, it’s an absolute bargain. For comparison, BA currently charges 60K plus £153 for 777/747 f seat DXB-LHR, rising to 68K/80K off peak/peak after the 28th April.

The promos are:-

1) Etihad sign-up, new account holders get 1000 miles for the first activity on their account.

2) Sign-up via Etihad for a Heathrow Rewards account. Spend £25 at Heathrow, get 1100 Heathrow reward points

3) Convert Heathrow rewards points to Etihad. Etihad is currently giving double miles for Heathrow rewards transfers.

4) Transfer MR points to Etihad. Until 11th of March, Etihad is giving a 25% uplift.
