The flight was no more than half full & my first experience of CW for some time. The new cabin layout looked fine with the cabin surrounds at just the right height. I sat in 10A as a good friend was flying in 10B. Ideal seats for passengers in pairs and fortunately no one sitting in 11B which made access to & from the seat acceptable. On a full flight I would feel very uncomfortable being so restricted with access to the window seats.

In my opinion, this is where the herringbone seat layout of AC, VS, Air NZ & the new CX would be preferable.

The seat is fairly narrow but comfortable.

Crew were very pleasant & the meal service tasty. All in all a good experience.
