What is the point of BA showing the T5 arrivals video on UK domestic services? The only vaguely relevant part is on connecting to Gatwick – otherwise you are treated to all the irrelevant stuff about domestic/international flight connection and passport control when you simply nip up the escalations from T5A domestic arrival gates 1-7!

Secondly the boarding pass check at the plane door. Has your’s ever changed from when it was checked 2 minutes earlier at the gate? I find it hard to believe this check finds ANY wrong passengers particularly at Heathrow.
