Arriving back at T5 on Friday evening, I was amazed at the congestion in the area around international arrivals, I had not seen anything like it before. These taxi drivers were stood almost like a ring around arrivals with their boards, people were finding it difficult to get past and causing a log jam of people trying to exit arrivals.

There should be some control to keep these guys out of the way so that whilst they can be seen by their fare but away from blocking the throughfare.

…..and those that are not blocking the inside of the terminals appear to be using the drop off zone as if it were the short term car park. Its a pity that the traffic wardens turn a blind eye to the mini cab drivers. I agree tht there ought to be a control system.
