Driving south down the West Side highway into mid-town and seeing Concorde sitting there was always a thrill.

It’s interesting to learn that it has been given a full wash and brush up. I wonder if the frame sitting at LHR will be afforded the same TLC.

I watched it live yesterday and was also thinking about the LHR frame, last I heard it was full of rubbish.

Heartbreaking to see the LHR aircraft neglected & rotting. BA could do so much with it, if someone would just make the effort!

    Thanks for the news Mark.

On the note of “rotting away” Concorde: has anyone seen the one displayed at CDG recently?

I have flewn in & out a couple times over the past couple months including instances where I rented a car to & from CDG and expected to spot the aircraft as I usually do but did not.

Either it was moved or I somehow took a different route, I don’t know.
