Change from 747 to 777 LHR-SEA ?

    It appears BA will swap out its usual LHR-SEA 747 service to a 777 beginning Nov. 2012. Any reason why the change, and if it is possible this will become a 777-300ER route? I am booked for a late Nov. LHR-SEA flight in F and would very much like to sample the 777 NF product; however, I am concerned it may turn out to be a 777-200ER OF model.

    I had a look.

    It’s showing the config for the 777-200 for November.

    Hopefully you will still encounter NF.

    Thank you for your prompt response, rferguson.

    I believe the conversion to NF was originally to be completed in 2012, but it appears a significant number of 777’s remain to be updated. As you seem privy to BA information, do you have any knowledge as to the current ETA for total fleet conversion to NF?
