Along with the Brandenburg Airport debacle, this really inspires confidence in German air transport.
Not to mention the fact that I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes waiting for Lufthansa Customer ‘service’ to answer my call, listening to their inane musack and :
“All of our agents are currently busy with a call” (all busy with the same call perhaps?)
“We know your time is valuable, therefore we have reserved the next available agent for you. Thank you for waiting, we will be soon with you.”
