Went onto BA.com yesterday to check some flights and found that my list of future bookings, again, been washed out. This is the third time in the last few months.
I spoke to the Exec Club to get the information I needed. They told me that ” it is affecting most Gold card holders and is being urgently looked at”. Still the same today….so not a quick fix.13 Oct 2015
Happens fairly often with BA, log in, no future bookings found for this account, with BA its always a ‘quick fix’ so don’t expect a permanent one to resolve the issue.13 Oct 2015

I have 4 bookings in the system with BA and none showing on the website.
Being as I’m on BA001 tomorrow morning I also called to double check all was ok.
No such issues with the BA App by the way.13 Oct 2015
I am Gold and also found that my passport information is not transferring when I am checking in. I have now to go through the full registration process. Not great!13 Oct 2015
