BA – Terrible service when trying to rebook cancelled flights

    Even in good times it can be a bit of a wait on hold even on the Gold Exec line to get through but as someone ^ pointed out, they are usually good at solving the problem once you do get through. I have my most success late in the day when wait times can be short or non-existant. But during the working day, forget it.
