BA Holidays Double Tier Points ?

    BA have and are running a double tier points on their holidays.

    We returned from Antigua in late December nd have never received them. The web site says there are delays in awarding but not 4 months !

    Does none know how to escalate / email BA Holidays to get them awarded. It’s v hard to find contact details for issues like this on BA holidays

    BA state the extra tier points should be added within 60 days of your return flight but goes on to say “we are currently experiencing a delay in awarding Tier points as part of this offer”

    Thank you. Despite being a frequent traveller and used this site, I haven’t yet discovered flyer talk

    So thank you as I do see indeed they have a topic. Appreciated

    Its fairly simple – call BA Exec club and ask !!

    Options 3 – 1 – 3

    Basically just tell them the issue – give them a 5-7 days and it will be done
