Has the number of completed flights disappeared from your BA Exec account ?

I don’t recall ever seeing this in my account. Maybe my memory is too short?

However, I have just looked at my account and all seems normal, showing my Tier Points, Lifetime Tierpoints and Avios.

I noticed today, the little bar saying how many of the 4 required flights for renewal had been taken had disappeared. Just presumed I had made the 4 flight requirement.

Ditto Martyn, except my bar was there and showed zero. There has been a report about further reductions in points for tier levels but it is thought these are mistaken. Probably just usual BA IT.

I noticed my 4 completed flights had disappeared when looking at my account on the mobile phone app but they were all still there when looking at the account on my laptop.

It’s all back on now. It must have been a glitch
