Has anyone been unfortunate enough to be on a DXB were BA trialed its “eat well ” in CW? in my opinion it should be called EAT LESS !! If felt like in Subway were they ask you 1000 questions what you want? i must say BA is an expert in marketing but this goes to far you get less but should feel important because you get asked if you want butter, jam etc on your cheap looking plastic trays.

Have got this option and that but you cant have this because you choose that, wow. Its just to much hassle. I hope this is not the future because I take my business to Emirates.
