    It only puts a different light on the situation in that any legal matters which may arise will be with BE Euroflyer as a separate private limited company, that’s all.

    @drflight, how does it put a different light on the situation? I think you may be missing the point. As frequent travellers, I would have thought most of us in this forum are concerned that a member of operating cabin crew could possibly be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It doesn’t matter what airline or what “subsidiary” they work for. I for one am not very concerned about the legal matters relating to this, I am worried about the safety of any flight that I might be travelling on and hope that this issue has been investigated thoroughly and dealt with robustly.
