BA, bad to worse !

    I am an Executive Club Gold member but am on the verge of giving up on BA…I have just flown from Houston to LHR on possibly the oldest 777 still flying, terrible IFE (screen marginally bigger than an iPhone and around 15 movies, appalling food, dirty aircraft and crew calling me either ‘darling’ or ‘mate’
    BA cannot survive providing this level of customer experience

    CSM not CSD….This is a mixed fleet route and you need to feed this back.
