I posted this on Flyertalk a couple of days ago, but just reading a comment here on the BT Forum from Binman62 made me wonder if BT readers would be interested too:

I suspect that quite a few of us who post here and elsewhere hope that BA is reading our comments; this seems like a slightly more assured way of getting thoughts and suggestions relating to ba.com directly to them from their most frequent travellers.

Personally, I think that the site is one of the most reliably functional airline websites out there, but as others have pointed out, sometimes that generally sophisticated functionality throws into sharp relief some quite basic ‘blind spots’.
