    I bought a ticket on Arik Air on Wednesday but I have yet to receive a confirmation email. Also, I was charged twice for my ticket. I was on hold with Arik Air in the United Kingdom, the United States, and South Africa for over thirty minutes each and I have yet been able to speak with anyone. I have emailed and yet to receive a reply as well.

    For a young company that needs to convince passengers that the service is reliable and also needs to assuage concerns that a Nigerian company is legitimate, I have not been impressed. To me this seems like another Nigerian Scam!!!
