Air Vistara operates India’s longest A321 neo flight

    Delhi-based analyst @Vinamralongani provides details of today’s flight.

    It’s an eight hour non-stop flight linking Delhi to Denpasar (Bali).

    It’s operated by one of Air Vistara’s A321 neo aircraft which, as can be seen, is fitted with additional fuel tanks.

    Here in Europe we now find nothing unusual in narrow-body aircraft operating transatlantic flights.

    But it’s interesting to see the new routes such aircraft are developing in Asia.

    The “longest” I’ve sat in on a tiny aircraft would have to be either JFK or BOS to SEA and I just don’t like it. Too claustrophobic for me. 8 hrs for this one, wow!
