After the horrific and mindless terrorist attack in Christchurch yesterday by a white supremacist,does anyone else find it strange that Air New Zealand are cancelling all turboprop flights into/out of Christchurch as they can’t pass security checks ? What on earth happens on a normal day at Christchurch Airport I wonder ?

Apparently on the s/h domestic flights they don’t normally perform the usual security checks. Understandably, they now feel the need to do so and don’t have the capacity.
