There are some amazing deals with Air Malta, especially if you have a Fly Pass account with surplus miles. As long as you book before the end of February, and travel is completed before the end of March (before the airline morphs/phoenixes into what ever the new airline is called) – you are able to snap up business class tickets, + 20,000 miles, for as little as £150, return.

You do need to call Air Malta to secure the upgrades but they are now allowing any class of economy ticket to be used as a base ticket for the upgrade. previously, the cheapest tickets were not available for upgrade.

Two flights a day from Heathrow, fabulous service on board and the weather in Malta is warming up as are the business opportunities.

Air Malta have confirmed once the airline shuts, all unused miles will be lost, but they have said there may be a cash equivalent given for unused miles… (probably 0.0001p per mile)….
