Boarding was by bus. OK. But what was unacceptable was that no bus for C class passengers, everybody cramped in one bus standing in the cold for 20 minutes.
Food ok but wines really cheap on a destination that is one of the 3 most expensive (per mile) in the whole world.
Impossible to sleep well in those seats that are not lie flat.
