    14 hour delay and treated like cargo. No compensation or even an apology.

    Cabin crew were good though, but onboard facilities were very poor and the IFE idea is awful, would much rather have a seatback screen.

    Poor legroom and not great food, aircraft was not in great condition, it's been dolled up but in the same way if you doll up a reliant robin or a buick la sabre, doesn't matter what you do, it's still going to look and feel awful.
