Serviced apartment operator Cheval Collection is set to reopen its Cheval Phoenix House property on 1 July.
The property, located a three-minute walk from Sloane Square in Chelsea, will reopen this summer following a 15-month refurbishment, which included a reconfiguration of all 34 apartments, upgrades to fixtures and fittings and a modernisation of the interior design.
The apartments range from studios to one and two-bedroom configurations, all with a fully equipped modern kitchen, increased wardrobe space and updated water, electricity and heating systems. This includes intelligent lighting to meet sustainability standards.
Interiors feature modern and minimalist contemporary decor, with bespoke artwork on show. Further facilities include a 24-hour reception and an onsite fitness centre.
Opening rates start from £390 for a studio apartment, £490 for a one-bedroom apartment, and £790 for a two-bedroom apartment – with a special 20 per cent offer for those booking before 30 June, 2024.
Kensington and Chelsea Council are currently in partnership with Cadogan to transform the 1km Sloane Street, promising wider pavements, a planting scheme, street furniture and enhanced lighting. The project, which costs £46 million, is due to complete in December 2024.
Cheval currently operates nine serviced apartment properties in London, as well as three in Edinburgh and the recently opened Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai. This will be followed by Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai next year and a property in Glasgow in 2026.
The brand recently signed an agreement to join the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), which will take place by the end of the year.
