Renowned Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay has unveiled his inaugural restaurant in Macao, housed within The Londoner Macao. The Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, a unique British gastropub and steakhouse concept, is now the sole establishment of its kind in Asia. Tom Connolly, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations at Sands China Ltd., expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration with Gordon Ramsay and the introduction of this culinary gem to Macao. The restaurant’s interior design pays homage to the architectural aesthetics of the 1830s industrial revolution, evoking the quintessential British pub atmosphere. The central focal point, a generously sized bar, is complemented by diverse seating arrangements, all adorned with a British flag-inspired color palette. A range of authentic materials, including wood panelling, plush leather booths, reclaimed timber, and contemporary London artwork, contribute to the establishment’s authenticity.

Gordon Ramsay expressed his excitement about bringing a taste of Britain to Macao through Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, offering a menu featuring British classics alongside some of his personal favourites. The restaurant’s signature dishes include Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Slow Roasted Pork Belly, and The London Burger. A unique feature of the establishment is its selection of hand-picked steaks, prepared on a charcoal-fired grill and served with café de Paris butter, herb salad, and a choice of sauces. The venue also boasts an extensive beer selection with eight draught brews on tap and over 16 bottled options, including a range of English beers. Handcrafted cocktails and a premium wine selection are also available and complement the bar menu of traditional pub classics.
