The Oberoi, New Delhi’s 360o restaurant has launched a new a la carte menu offering signature dishes that focus on seasonal produce from locally sourced farms.

For appetisers, health-conscious guests can order the Health Bowl filled with millets, black beans, avocado, carrots, roast corn, chilli herb and pineapple salsa. Other dishes include the palak patta chaat (Spinach-based dish) served with chickpea and yoghurt or the Malai broccoli and king mushrooms.

If you are at this restaurant for a quick luncheon, check out their wide selection of sandwiches. Options are the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, blackened chicken quesadilla, and the grilled sourdough and avocado toast.

A variety of wood-fired pizzas are also available. Highly recommened are the Verde, Funghi, or Buratta and Aragula.

Satiate your hunger pangs with some European food that comprise pasta and risotto selections. Unique additions include Arborio, barley and black rice risotto and the chicken, thyme and mascarpone ravioli.

For mains, the restaurant serves Pan-seared Kullu trout, the chicken cordon bleu, the Josper Grills, the Baby Spatchcock and the grilled tiger prawns, among others.

Some must-haves are the Sushi and Sashimi platters curated by Chef Adi Melaz that has the tuna Saigo, discover Nippon and salmon Ichiban.

The restaurant also offers Indian dishes that include small plates and mains offerings. Try their Makhmali kofta, which is served with dal makhni, tawa paratha and tamaatar aur chuare ki chutney. Non-vegetarians can opt for Laal Maas that comes with lehsuni khada palak. There is the prawns pepper fry dish that is served with kal dosa, urlai roast, gongura pickle and tomato rasam.

Additionally, the menu offers vegan and gluten-free options.
