Accor will open the doors to its first Swissôtel Living property in Saudi Arabia next year.
Swissôtel Living Jeddah, a luxury property designed to cater to long-stay guests, will be part of the city’s upcoming (J View) project – a mixed-use development comprising hospitality, office, food and beverage and retail spaces.
Conveniently located on Prince Saud Al Faisal Street, close to Jeddah’s main roads and corniche, the property will offer 150 serviced residences including 53 studios, 75 one-bedroom units and 23 two-bedroom units, as well as an all-day-dining restaurant, lobby café and pool lounge, nearly 400 sqm of meeting space, an outdoor/indoor games area, fitness centre and a rooftop swimming pool.
Accor currently operates 39 properties in Saudi Arabia with 34 more planned.
