Members of Hyatt’s rewards programme, World of Hyatt, can earn up to 1,500 bonus points per night on stays before May 15 as part of a new promotion that launched on Monday.

The earning is on top of the standard five points per US$1 spent on qualifying stays, and dining and spa experiences.

There are a few restrictions, namely that the bonus points only kick in with members’ second eligible stay during the promotion period. Pre-registration is also required in order to be eligible, with registration closing on March 31.

The bonus points accrual breaks down as follows:

  • 1,000 bonus points per night at more than 750 Hyatt hotels, as well as over 10 participating M Life Rewards destinations and more than 100 Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties.
  • A further 500 bonus points when eligible stays are at a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House hotel.

There is also a limit to the number of bonus points that can be accrued throughout the promotion period, with a maximum of 50 nights. This means a total of 75,000 bonus points if one were to make stay at a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House hotel for all 50 nights during the promotional period.

“We want to acknowledge our most loyal guests who engage with Hyatt regularly – especially for those who travel tirelessly and passionately for business at brands like Hyatt Place and Hyatt House,” said Amy Weinberg, senior vice president of World of Hyatt.
