SpiceJet to enhance services from Belagavi airport

SpiceJet has announced additional services from Belgavi airport. It will be the first airline to offer services between Chennai and Belgavi, October onwards.

The low-cost carrier will also introduce daily flight services on the Bengaluru–Coimbatore– Bengaluru and Bengaluru–Madurai–Bengaluru sectors, October onwards.

Additionally, starting October it will add a second frequency on the Bengaluru-Balagavi-Bengaluru route.

“Our focus has always been on connecting key non-metro cities with the metro cities and thereby elevating the tier II and tier III cities on the pan India aviation map. These new flights will enable our passengers with more enhanced options thereby offering more flexibility and seamless connectivity on our network,” says Shilpa Bhatia, chief sales and revenue officer, SpiceJet.

SpiceJet is offering all-inclusive one-way introductory starting fare of ₹3,099 between Chennai and Belagavi, ₹2,999 between Belagavi and Chennai, ₹2,197  between Bengaluru and Coimbatore, ₹1,949 between Coimbatore and Bengaluru, ₹2,149  between Bengaluru and Madurai and ₹1,949 between Madurai and Bengaluru routes. The second frequency between Bengaluru and Belagavi and Belgavi and Bengaluru is also being offered at an all-inclusive starting fare of ₹2,649 and ₹2,399 respectively.
