Hyatt Hotels has opened a new Hyatt Regency hotel in Xian.
The 298-room Hyatt Regency Xian is located in Qujiang District, which is a 45-minute drive from Xian Xianyang International Airport. The new property also provides access to popular attractions such as the Wild Goose Pagoda and Terracotta Warriors.
Guestrooms and suites range from 50 sqm to 258 sqm. Each standard guestroom comes with a 48-inch flatscreen TV, a work desk and walk-in closet, as well as amenities such as wifi and mobile phone docking stations.
Guests staying in the hotel’s 33 suites are also afforded access to the Regency Club lounge, which offers complimentary breakfast, happy hour refreshments and use of business and meeting room services.
The Presidential and Chairman’s suites come with their very own private outdoor pool and an in-built kitchen. The latter also has its own Jacuzzi and massage room.
There are three F&B dining options onsite: The Lounge, which serves up light snacks throughout the day; the all-day dining outlet Market Café; and Chinese restaurant Hu Pan.
Recreational facilities include a fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool. A spa is currently in the works and will open later this year.
Hyatt Regency Xian also offers more than 4,000 sqm of meeting space, including the 1,220 sqm Regency Ballroom, a 405 sqm Regency Salon and a stand-alone Pavilion featuring nine meeting rooms. There is also an outdoor lakeside chapel for wedding celebrations.
