Easyhotel’s expansion into Europe is continuing with a new opening in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia announced for January 2010.
The Sofia property will be the budget brand’s 11th hotel and its first completely new build property, offering 57 air conditioned rooms in keeping with its “no frills” approach.
Like its sister company Easyjet, Easyhotel offers extras at an additional cost. These include TV, internet access and extra towels.
Easyhotel is also due to add Berlin and Dubai to its chain of franchise properties in the first quarter of 2010. The low-cost chain already has five properties in London, plus hotels in Luton, Basel, Zurich Budapest and Larnaka.
Rooms at the Sofia hotel can now be booked starting at an introductory rate of €10 per night.
