Emirates and Starwood Hotels & Resorts have partnered to provide members of their Emirates Skywards and Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) loyalty programmes with reciprocal benefits.
Set to begin in November 19, the partnership dubbed “Your World Rewards” will allow Skywards and SPG elite cardholders to elevate their earnings and benefits when flying with Emirates or staying at any of the Starwood properties.
For example, Skyward Gold and Platinum members who register for the programme will be able to gain access to SPG elite check-in service, enjoy late check-out at 4pm, and receive complimentary in-room internet access. Meanwhile, SPG Platinum members will be afforded priority check-in and boarding when flying with the Gulf carrier. Eligible members will also receive complimentary e-gate access for flights in and out of Emirates’ base in Dubai.

Your World Rewards also allows Skyward and SPG elite members to enjoy bonus points, on top of their usual earnings. Elite SPG members will receive one Starpoint for every US dollar spent, in addition to Skyward Miles, when they travel on Emirates-operated flights. Likewise, Emirates Skywards Silver, Gold and Platinum members will earn one mile per dollar, on top of Starpoints, for any eligible stay at a Starwood hotel or resort.
“Your World Rewards allows us to cultivate even greater loyalty with travellers from the world’s fastest-growing travel markets", said Mark Vondrasek, senior vice president, distribution, loyalty and partnership marketing at Starwood.
“As Emirates increasingly connects East with West, and the emerging markets to the developed world, their reach dovetails perfectly with Starwood’s preeminent high-end, global footprint and our pipeline of new hotels, 75 per cent of which will open in emerging markets."
