BA relaunches premium arrivals lounge for LCY customers

21 Jun 2011 by BusinessTraveller

Customers travelling on BA’s New York-LCY service can now take advantage of a free arrivals service at the Radisson Edwardian New Providence, including use of spa, gym and breakfast facilities.

Passengers can prebook the service at JFK (either at check-in, in the Galleries Club lounge or at the boarding gate), and will be taken by chauffeur car to the hotel, located around ten minutes from the airport.

The new service includes access to the hotel’s spa, gym and business centre (with free wifi), and passengers can also take advantage of a complimentary breakfast at Azura Restaurant or on the riverside terrace. The carrier had previously offered a similar arrivals service at the London Marriott West India Quay Hotel & Executive Apartments.

BA’s all-business class service from New York to London City departs twice-daily, arriving in London at either 0715 or 1000. For a review of the service click here.
